A Journey to Heal consists of a team of dedicated volunteers whose mission is to educate and raise awareness for Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.
Our Goal
To work in conjunction with Princess Margaret Hospital to provide support, enhance the quality of life and assist in finding a cure for Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.
